Museum as Studio

Khadija von Zinnenberg Carroll and Marcus Neustetter's Museum-as-Studio approach invites students of the Central European University to respond to its setting, spaces and content and present questions, provocations and inspirations through temporary interventions in the museum. The practice-led experimental research activities which took place during the months of April and May in the Wien Museum tested ideas and formats.

This experimentation was then brought together in a series of shared activities, presentations and reenactments scattered over three afternoons in various parts of the museum in a studio-type format, where the participants asked themselves whether they and their processes belonged in the museum.
