After a distinguished career, Gábor Klaniczay is now Professor Emeritus at CEU.
He continues to supervise the following doctoral dissertations:
- Marie-Eve Lafontaine (Vice, Virtue and Contemplation: Transfers of Affect and Emotion in the Spolia of Medieval Reliquaries)
- Karsten Johannes Schuil (Emotionality and the Late Medieval Pilgrimage: Self-Transformative Processes of the North-western European Pilgrim Travelling to Rome between the Fourteenth Century and Sixteenth Century)
