Tijana Krstić is CEU representative on the Board of Directors of the Cluster of Excellence "Eurasian Transformations" (EurAsia), funded by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF), and coordinates research and teaching with the Cluster partners.

She supervises the following PhD students:

  • Hakan Yerebakan (Laughing in Offense and Defense: Early Modern Ottoman Humour and Invective)
  • Mariya Kiprovska (The Role of the Frontier Elites in the Ottoman State-Building Processes, Fourteenth – Sixteenth Centuries)
  • János Galamb (Transformation of the Tradition: Ḥadīth Culture in the Early Modern Ottoman Empire)
